Robert’s practice touches on most areas of taxation with an emphasis on representation and tax litigation. Robert has been lead counsel in tax matters litigated before the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal. Robert also has experience dealing with and resolving disputes between taxpayers and the Canada Revenue Agency at both the audit and objection stages.
Robert was born and raised in Edmonton, and he obtained his B.A. (Hon.) from the University of Alberta in 2004. Thereafter, Robert obtained his law degree from the University of Saskatchewan and practiced tax litigation with the Department of Justice in Edmonton beginning in 2008. Robert joined Felesky Flynn LLP in 2014.
Robert enjoys spending most of his spare time with his spouse and two young children hiking, skiing or otherwise being outdoors.
