The block of rooms we had set aside has been filled. You are welcome to book directly with them or a third party but you will not receive our rate.

Alternative hotels that we have secured great rates at are below and include the 17th and 21st (pre and post dates) if wanted:

Important: Bookings to these hotels MUST be made before September 20th. 
Cancellation policy is 72 hours. 

Once we determine the number of people staying outside of the JPL, we will look into the cost of shuttles to and from the event. 

If there are any cancellations at the Jasper Park Lodge, I will be in contact with the people who have already reached out (in order).

Forum attendees can enjoy our discounted rate at the Fairmont JPL. 

In order to take advantage of our preferred pricing and room availability,

book your accommodations before September 15th using the link above.   

Due to ongoing construction at the Jasper Park Lodge, we cannot guarantee room availability or hold our discounted rates after that date.

The Forum begins Sunday, October 19th at 8:30am. 
We recommend staying at the Jasper Park Lodge Saturday evening.
