The room booking link for the 2025 Forum will be available 6 months before our event

Confirmed Forum attendees can enjoy our discounted rate at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. 

In order to take advantage of our preferred pricing and room availability,

please book your accommodations before September 15th using the link above.   

Due to ongoing construction at the JPL, we cannot guarantee room availability or hold our discounted rates after that date.

The Forum begins Sunday, October 19th at 8:30am. 
We recommend staying at the Jasper Park Lodge Saturday evening. 

Please refer to your hotel confirmation email for the JPL cancellation policy.

The Jasper Dark Sky Event runs from October 17th - November 2nd, 2025
