Rachel Miller ca is the CEO and executive director of the ICAA, oversees all of the ICAA’s operations to ensure that it meets its statutory obligations and strategic goals on behalf of its members and the public interest.

As CEO and executive director, Rachel’s focus is working with Alberta’s CAs and the governing council of the ICAA to achieve the Institute’s mandate. This mandate includes strategies to:

• protect the public interest and foster public confidence in the CA profession;
• set and enforce high ethical standards for the profession;
• create awareness of the profession and recruit students; and
• help members excel professionally.

Rachel also represents and speaks for Alberta’s chartered accountants in the media, on the provincial and national stages, and with the government, the post-secondary sector, the business community, and the public.
